All products are either made by me or carefully selected in small batches. I try my best to describe and photograph everything accurately, but as many pieces are handmade or made-to-order, some small variations may occur.

I reserve the right to:

  • Change product descriptions or pricing without notice
  • Discontinue any item at any time

4. Orders & Billing

I may refuse or cancel orders at any time, especially if there’s an issue with stock or payment, or if an order appears to be placed by a reseller or for fraudulent reasons.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date billing and shipping information so your order can be processed smoothly.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and 28 days to send it back.

Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£). I reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and issue a refund if needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, product designs, branding, and text — belongs to me unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, use, or reproduce anything without my written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

Occasionally, I may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools. I have no control over these and am not responsible for their content or services. Please use them at your own discretion.

9. Comments & Feedback

If you send me comments, reviews, or suggestions (which I love to read!), you agree that I can use them to help improve my services. I’m not obligated to keep them confidential or pay you for them, though I will always treat you with respect.
