FREE SHIPPING IN UK!

Yes! Whether it is a print or a cushion (or 2!) or anything else, all shipping to UK is free.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 
We aim to dispatch your order within 2–5 working days, and once it's on its way, delivery usually takes around 48 hours.

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your parcel is posted, so you can keep an eye on its journey. Please note that occasional postal delays can happen, especially during busy times — but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Ireland & European Shipping

Postage to Ireland is a flat rate of £9.99, and to Europe is a flat rate of £15.99 whether you're ordering a large letter or a medium parcel.

We do our best to keep shipping costs fair and reasonable — We don’t charge anything extra for packaging, and all items are sent Internationally Tracked  for peace of mind.

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

    We currently only post to UK, Ireland and Europe.

    How can I check the status of my order?

    As soon as your order has been posted, you’ll receive an email from us with your tracking number, so you can follow its journey. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

    If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation, just drop us an email at info@aliparks.com with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

    Something to bear in mind

    We are a small creative business, and everything we make or stock is done in small batches to help reduce waste and keep things more sustainable. This means we don’t always have lots of extra stock on hand, and sometimes we will make your item especially for you.

    We do my best to ship orders within 2–5 working days, but during busy times or if something needs to be made to order, it might take a little longer. If you ever need something in a hurry or would like to add a personal note (especially for gifts!), just send us a message — We are always happy to help if we can.
