Thank you so much for shopping with us! We really hope you love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

If you’d like to return something, just get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you’ve let us know, you’ll have 28 days to send it back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
  
• In the original packaging
  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (like your order confirmation)
  

If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we won’t be able to accept it and will need to send it back to you.

To request a return, please email us at info@aliparks.com with your order number. We will then send you all the info you need to get started.
Please don’t send anything back without checking in with us first!

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it’s been approved. If everything looks good, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return Postage

Unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with your order, return postage is your responsibility.
